Everything on this site is stocked in our Shenzhen warehouse and ships factory-direct. Here is exactly what to expect on timing, cost, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Dispatch timing
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Custom-printed mats and accessories ship after your printed proof is approved — typically 12–18 days for production on top of transit. Current stock levels are confirmed on every quote.

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen and deliver to the United States regularly. Incoterms supported: EXW, FOB and CIF. Your quote states the shipping method, cost and incoterm before payment — see the wholesale programme for the ordering steps.
Inspection, damage and defects
Check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the affected items and the outer carton. We replace manufacturing-defective items or components in your next order, or credit their value against it — for small defects like a single tile, there is no need to ship anything back.
Returns
In-stock items can be returned unused within 30 days of arrival for a refund of the product value. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the mistake was ours. Custom-printed items cannot be returned once production starts from your approved proof — that is what the printed proof step exists to prevent.
NMJL tile compliance
Our complete sets follow the NMJL composition of 166 tiles — the full breakdown is in our 166-tile set guide. The official annual card is copyrighted by the National Mah Jongg League and sold only through the League; we supply card holders, not cards (where to buy the card).
